Effective 1/1/2024: The NEW Employee Access is for pay periods starting with Jan 1, 2024. View the Employee Access guide here.
Employee Access should be used by active employees to access payroll information for periods AFTER January 1, 2024. Employee Access is ONLY available to ACTIVE employees using your bossierschools.org Google account.
Former Employee Access should be used by former employees to access read-only payroll information for periods AFTER January 1, 2024. Short-term subs should also use Former Employee Access to retrieve current pay stubs. Users will be required to create an account on the first login.
To access pay stubs, W-2, and 1095-Cs from periods before January 1, 2024 please visit the previous Employee Service Portal. This portal will only be accessible until December 31, 2024. Employees should download all documents prior to this date.
